Olivia is specialised in town-planning law, real estate development and environmental law.

She dealt with different administrative aspects: city planning, environment protection of listed buildings, Natura 2000, commercial authorisation, soil pollution, determination of the most adequate administrative strategy, negotiation with the authorisations, due-diligence in transactions, creation for planning-, environmental- permits, etc.

She also dealt with civil aspects: real rights lease, long-term lease, real estate transactions, contract adjustments and follow up and construction law.
