Rahim is specialized in environmental, town planning contract law and construction law.
He helps developers in every step of their project, from conception to commercialisation.
He deals with issues relating to the development of the legislation (such as counsel of public bodies or lobbyists) on, among others, the management of hazardous materials (legislation on waste) on the treatment of pollution (water, soil) and environmental responsibility management.
He advises private companies and public/private partnerships on the operations to adapt urban planning environmental legislations, their requests for prior authorization to the realization of projects of construction and their disputes relating to environmental responsibility.
Rahim has a specific expertise regarding on legislations relating to the environment applicable in Belgium, and, among others, those relating to asbestos management sites.
He also has expertise on the evaluation of the impact of projects on environment former to accomplishment the operating activities liable to have an impact on the environment.
Finally, he deals with issues of environmental responsibility, above all business leaders which have operate buildings.
Rahim taught in the department of Public Law at the Catholic University of Louvain from 2002 to 2004.
He taught courses concerning the cadastre to real estate agents candidates at Espace Formation PME [SME Training Centre] from 2012 to 2014.
He also provided training on different subjects, such as: environmental permits, management and cleaning of polluted sites, and management and land management techniques at the organisation “Informeeting SPRL.”
